Comments: What a location! Located close to the beautiful sheltered ocean beach at Boat Harbour and central to Port Stephens finest surf beaches - One Mile Beach and Birubi Beach. Nearby are many great rock fishing platforms, the house makes an excellent base for scuba diving and snorkelling groups and the beaches are lifesaver patrolled during summer holidays. Coffee on the front balcony in the morning watching the morning suns rays wash across the sand dunes, glass of wine in the evening watching the magnificient sunsets and the lights of Newcastle, 30kms away across the ocean. Birubi Beach/Stockton Sand Dunes are pictured at the top right of this photo, Fingal Bay, Fingal Spit and Fingal/Stephens Island pictured at middle left of pic. To give you an idea of scale, it's roughly 10km from the Stockton Sand Dunes to Nelson Bay. The Beach pictured just beneath the red Anna Bay dot is One Mile Beach - about 1km from Anna Bay.

From Sydney take the F3 Freeway north. At the end of the freeway turn right at the roundabout following signs to Taree and move to left lane to cross Hexham Bridge about 5km from end of F3. Turn right into Tomago Rd ( signposted to Williamtown ) just after the Hexham Bridge and follow signs to Nelson Bay. Anna Bay is located about 5km before Nelson Bay.

From Nelson Bay Rd, turn right onto Gan Gan Rd at the Anna Bay roundabouts, drive through Anna Bay and on the outskirts of Anna Bay turn right onto Essington Way. Take second turn on the left, Tobin Lane up the hill to Belmount Close, turn left on Belmount and then right up a steep laneway.
