Comments:Boat Harbour looks almost like a spot straight out of the Greek Isles! Beautiful sheltered ocean beach, great rock fishing platforms, excellent base for scuba diving and snorkelling and just 2km from Port Stephens best surfing beach - One Mile Beach ( which is lifesaver patrolled during summer holidays ).

Stockton Sand Dunes are pictured at the top right of this photo, Fingal Bay, Fingal Spit and Fingal/Stephens Island pictured at middle left of pic. To give you an idea of scale, it's roughly 10km from the Stockton Sand Dunes to Nelson Bay and about 2.5km from Boat Harbour to the Sand Dunes. The Beach pictured just beneath the red Boat Harbour dot is One Mile Beach - about 1km from Boat Harbour.
